If you want to return the goods, please fill out the form below.

• You have the right to return goods purchased from the e-shop within 14 days of receiving the goods.
• When returning, please use the Omniva return code (there is a separate return code in the Omniva message) or the Itella Smartpost return code (the same code that you used to open the door at the beginning, Itella does not have a separate return code). The return code is valid for 14 days! 
• Be sure to include the order number and the customer's name with the return.
• The shoes must be returned in the original packaging. If the original packaging of the shoes is damaged (e.g. broken, written on or otherwise damaged), Minimalist Shoes OÜ has the right to reduce the amount to be returned to the extent of 10%. 
• Socks, insoles and care products cannot be returned.
• Once the returned goods have reached us, we will refund the money within 14 days to the same bank account from which the order was made.
• The return is subject to a fee (€4 within Estonia) and is not subject to return and will be deducted from the amount to be returned.
