If you want to return the goods, please fill out the form below.

• You have the right to return goods purchased from the e-shop within 14 days of receiving the goods.
• When returning, please use the Omniva return code (there is a separate return code in the Omniva message) or the Itella Smartpost return code (the same code that you used to open the door at the beginning, Itella does not have a separate return code). The return code is valid for 14 days! 
• Be sure to include the order number and the customer's name with the return.
• Jalanõud tuleb tagastada uuena ja orginaalpakendis. Kui jalanõudel on kandmisjäljed või jalanõude originaalpakend on rikutud (nt määrdunud tallad, katkine või muul moel rikutud karp) on Minimalist Shoes OÜ-l õigus tagasimaksest keelduda.
• Socks, insoles and care products cannot be returned.
• Once the returned goods have reached us, we will refund the money within 14 days to the same bank account from which the order was made.
• The return is subject to a fee (€4 within Estonia) and is not subject to return and will be deducted from the amount to be returned.
