    1.3. A customer in the sense of the privacy policy is anyone who buys goods or services from the website of the data processor.<\/span><\/p>\n

    1.4. The data processor complies with the principles of data processing stipulated in legislation, among other things, the data processor processes personal data legally, fairly and securely. The data processor is able to confirm that personal data has been processed in accordance with the provisions of legislation.<\/span><\/p>\n

    1. Collection, processing and storage of personal data<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

        3.2. In addition to the above, the data processor has the right to collect data about the customer that are available in public registers.<\/span><\/p>\n

        3.3. The legal basis for the processing of personal data is Article 6(1)(a), (b), (c) and (f) of the General Regulation on the Protection of Personal Data:<\/span><\/p>\n

        a) the data subject has given his consent to process his personal data for one or more specific purposes;<\/p>\n

        b) the processing of personal data is necessary for the performance of a contract concluded with the participation of the data subject or for taking measures prior to the conclusion of the contract in accordance with the request of the data subject;<\/p>\n

        c) the processing of personal data is necessary to fulfill the legal obligation of the data controller;<\/p>\n

        f) the processing of personal data is necessary in the case of a legitimate interest of the data controller or a third party, unless such interest is outweighed by the interests of the data subject or the fundamental rights and freedoms for which personal data must be protected, especially if the data subject is a child.<\/p>\n

        3.4.6. Purpose of processing - marketing<\/span><\/p>\n

        The maximum period of personal data storage \u2013 3 years.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

        3.5. The data processor has the right to share customers' personal data with third parties, such as authorized data processors, accountants, transport and courier companies, companies providing transfer services. The data processor is the responsible processor of personal data. The data processor transmits the personal data necessary for making payments to the authorized processor EveryPay AS.<\/span><\/p>\n

        3.6. When processing and storing the personal data of the data subject, the data processor implements organizational and technical measures that ensure the protection of personal data against accidental or illegal destruction, modification, disclosure and any other illegal processing.<\/span><\/p>\n

        3.7. The data processor stores the data of data subjects depending on the purpose of the processing, but not longer than 3 years.<\/span><\/p>\n

        1. Rights of the data subject<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

          4.1. The data subject has the right to get access to his personal data and to consult them.<\/span><\/p>\n

          4.2. The data subject has the right to receive information about the processing of his personal data.<\/span><\/p>\n

          4.3. The data subject has the right to supplement or correct inaccurate data.<\/span><\/p>\n

          4.4. If the data processor processes the data subject's personal data on the basis of the data subject's consent, the data subject has the right to withdraw the consent at any time.<\/span><\/p>\n

          4.5. To exercise the rights, the data subject can contact the customer support of the e-shop at <\/span>info@minimalist.ee<\/span>.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

          4.6. The data subject can file a complaint with the Data Protection Inspectorate to protect his rights.<\/span><\/p>\n
